We offer a broad range of traditional, voluntary and consumer-directed health insurance products and related services. These include medical, pharmacy, dental, behavioral health, group life and disability plans. We also offer medical management services, Medicaid health care management services, workers’ compensation administrative services, and health information technology products and services.

Our customers include employer groups, individuals, college students, part-time and hourly workers, health plans, health care providers, government-sponsored plans, labor groups and expatriates.

We are one of the nation’s largest combined Medicare Advantage, Medicare prescription drug plan and Medicaid businesses. Our Medicaid footprint now covers 17 states. Reflecting the quality and value we deliver, nearly 80 percent of our Medicare Advantage members have plans that rate four stars or greater in the Medicare star rating program.

Our commercial business provides health benefits for more than 19.8 million of our medical members. We continue to expand our consumer-directed plan options and network access products. We also meet the needs of a changing marketplace with a growing number of self-insured options. We offer plans for individuals and small businesses in the new health insurance marketplaces or exchanges, as well as private exchanges.
